    Overview

Working as a Creative Arts and Summer Adventure Counselor-in-Training (CIT) is particularly rewarding. Students in grades 10-12 work with our teachers throughout the day. CIT schedules are based on our program needs and assignments vary accordingly. CITs participate in daily team meetings, provide important insight, and hone leadership skills. Applicants must commit to the full six-week session. A letter of recommendation, resume, and interview are required of all CITs.
