    Overview

Create Camps at the Cranbrook Art Museum are for students entering 1st through 5th grade in the fall. Campers spend time in the museum vaults and galleries; looking and learning about art and artmaking and using design-thinking processes to explore contemporary art.

    Campers will

    • create projects in an open-ended and fun environment
    • view and learn about artwork in the museum
    • learn from artists

Each camp program offers a session for kids going into Grades 1 & 2 and another for those entering Grades 3-5.
