Columbia University's New York City-based Summer Program for High School Students offers high-achieving students the opportunity to experience college life in the Ivy League while sampling the vibrancy of New York City.
Students elect one curricular option per session. Each curricular option comprises a variety of related components that provide an in-depth examination of a particular subject. Upon successful completion of the program, students receive a Columbia University Statement of Attendance and written evaluation from their instructors.
Course options include Architecture, Design & Urban Studies, Arts, Business & Entrepreneurship, Economics, Creative Writing, Law, Marketing & Communications, Mathematics, Philosophy & Humanities, Physical Sciences, Politics, Psychology, and Technology.
