    Overview

    Camp Invention inspires creativity and inventive thinking during its week-long summer program! Rising 10th - 12th grade and college age students have the opportunity to work with elementary students, earn 40 service learning hours and receive a letter of recognition from the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

    Coming to local schools this summer, Camp Invention will enhance your child’s education through fun, hands-on activities that reinvent summer fun! The nationally-acclaimed program inspires creative, inventive thinking and allows children to solve problems together. Throughout the five-day adventure, participants take part in activities such as constructing an epic, insect-themed pinball machine and dismantling broken devices.

    They will go home each day with newly acquired 21st century life skills and unique approaches to everyday challenges. As a Volunteer Leadership Intern, you have the chance to work with elementary students, earn 40 service learning hours and receive a letter of recognition from the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
