    Overview

The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program forms the link between the older campers' programs and counseling positions. It combines leadership skills development, instruction in conducting camp and recreational activities, and closely supervised leadership experiences with campers on a regular basis.

Through work with qualified staff, CITs will explore all aspects of being a counselor in a recreational camp setting. All CIT’s must complete an application and be accepted into the program. Enroll early, space is limited!
