    Overview

The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program exposes participants to leadership skills development, instruction in conducting camp and recreational activities, and closely supervised leadership experiences on a regular basis. Alongside qualified staff, CITs develop leadership skills while interacting with younger campers and learn more about recreational camp programs. CITs must complete an application and be accepted into the program. The CIT program is free for members.
