    Overview

Butler University Piano Camp offers an exciting and immersive experience for pianists ages 12–18 with at least one year of prior piano study. Through private lessons, masterclasses, seminars, movement, and playing in ensembles throughout the week, players will grow as pianists. Students showcase their skills in a final recital in Butler’s beautiful Eidson-Duckwall Recital Hall.

Students will have plenty of time on our Steinway pianos while also spending time in daily sessions, including theory, ensemble, music history, sight playing, and guest speakers and performers.
