Beaver Summer Camp: Counselor in Training

Beaver Summer Camp's Counselor in Training program is a fantastic opportunity for for teens aged 13 to 15 who love kids and are natural leaders. Throughout this program, students will have the chance to work directly with younger children and develop their leadership skills.

There will be workshops focusing on behavior management, communication, team-building, and activity leadership. Students will gain the hands-on experience from assisting group counselors, planning events, and teaching activities. There will also be time for bonding, discussing camp experiences, and making new friendships. By the end of the program, students should feel more prepared for working successfully with younger children and taking on the job of a counselor.
