    Overview

The one week Junior Summer Film Camp Program is uniquely designed for youth who wish to explore a fun, exciting training course to discover the world of filmmaking – an opportunity to tell their story, to shoot a short film. This programme is designed for young students with passion, creativity, and a genuine interest in visual storytelling while exploring what it’s like to be a film director, an actor, a writer.

For a week, you will form part of a small, tight-knit team, learning to collaborate in a creative environment while getting the opportunity to explore the latest technical storytelling tools. Industry experts will be working with you, encouraging and guiding a small group of passionate and specially selected students to create several short films. You will be part of an international group, who will be taken on a journey through all the aspects of the Filmmaking in Preproduction, Production, and Postproduction- including and Introduction to Acting and Directing the Actor.

Intensive and PracticalThis programme, for students 13 to 18 years old, is totally unique and provides you with the opportunity to learn all stages of Filmmaking through doing, learning responsibility, building self-esteem. Students will continuously undertake practical, creative and technical workshops in groups and will then be asked to put their knowledge into practice, on real-life short film projects. The course is fast, intensive and absorbing. Our key goal is to give students the tools, minds set and support they need to explore this engaging field. By the end of the program, students will have evolved artistically, worked with industry leaders, have film experience, and created lasting bonds with their international classmates.
