CIT students develop the skills to become a junior counselor. Each morning, CIT’s are assigned to a group to develop leadership skills throughout daily interaction with campers, camp staff, and parents. After lunch, CIT’s participate in our weekly elective activities, swim, or continue assisting the staff as needed. Most CIT’s spend two years in the program, then apply for a counselor position. Snack and lunch will be provided.
