We provide a rare safe space for LGBT+ youth across the country to explore careers and entrepreneurship while navigating technology's impact on social equality and emotional wellness.
Maven Youth reaches LGBT+ youth ages 14-24 in communities nationwide through summer camps, a youth leadership council, apprenticeships, leadership retreats, hackathons, and consciousness-raising talks.
In addition to tech career exploration and skill building, youth are equipped to serve in influential speaking, presenting, teaching, and mentorship roles that deepen confidence and 21st-century skills.
We pride ourselves in a 99% retention rate - not a small feat when working with teens - and on our model of having LGBT+ youth co-design and co-facilitate equity-centered programs.
