CollegeUnlocked, founded by Hollis Bischoff, is focused on creating the right college match. A college admissions advisor, Hollis has counseled scores of students, and their families, through the increasingly complex and competitive college admissions process.
A parent of two teenagers herself, Hollis understands the issues that parents and students face during the high school years. As a volunteer with both her local high school (she has been honored as a Friend of Mountain View/Los Altos Union High school) and www.build.org, she values school-based student services available. Her college consulting practice is meant to partner with and enhance, not compete with school provided services. Hollis is a regular contributor to the Punch newsletter, published by College Confidential and College View.
