The Seven Hills School is an independent, nonsectarian, nonprofit, coeducational school serving students in grades PK-12.
Because of their deep commitment to fostering each students unique gifts and perspectives, our teachers design most learning experiences around active inquiry and investigation. They challenge our students to think creatively, to explore a wide variety of perspectives, to draw their own conclusions, to learn from their own mistakes, and to shape their own worldviews through purposeful inquiry and active debate. Its the freedom to explore, the fun and excitement they feel in discovering themselves and their place in the world that brings our students running back here each morning—and fires the imaginations and creativity of our teachers as well.
Our mission is to prepare young people for meaningful lives, arming them with the skills they will need to excel in an increasingly complex world. We seek to maximize each students potential as a future-ready learner and as a human being. The fact is that no one knows for sure what children can do until we challenge them to be their best selves. Ultimately the greatest gift we can give our children is to surround them with other young people who share their sense of purpose, who believe in the value of hard work, who have dreams of their own — and to surround them, also, with caring and highly skilled teachers dedicated to nurturing their potential.
