O'Dea High Schoolis a Roman Catholic, all boys, college preparatory school affiliated with the Archdiocese of Seattle.
O’Dea High School is a Catholic college-preparatory high school. As such, we have designed a curriculum that is rigorous and lays the groundwork for success in a four year college. Our curriculum is designed to allow our students to meet the minimum high school course requirements at the state universities in Washington. Individual institutions may have expectations that students go beyond their minimum standards and so we always advise students to take the most rigorous curriculum in which they can be successful.
Courses at O’Dea are grouped into two departments, Humanities and STEM, with eight different focus areas. Additionally, O’Dea offers many options in AP courses, honors courses and College in the High School in which students are challenged to pursue their coursework in depth.
