    What is the Work and Train Program?

    It's the perfect blend of work experience and outdoor training! This 24-week program is split into two blocks, block one will see you gain paid work experience with an adventure tourism company and block two will have you learning outdoor skills. Based in Queenstown, New Zealand the outdoors will become your backyard, with rock climbing crags and hiking trails on your doorstep, it truly is the best place to learn outdoor skills!

Placing you in a position where you can work as an outdoor guide or instructor, or continue travelling through the world.

    Based in Queenstown, you'll spend your days hiking, rock climbing and exploring the Southern Alps. Hike the famous Routeburn Track, rock climb in W?naka, explore Aoraki Mt.
