Each CATALYST experience is completely personalized — from topic and scope to deliverable and pace. Students choose the area they’re passionate about, such as technology, business, health, design, or sustainability, and work with their mentor to shape a project that demonstrates creativity, leadership, and real-world problem-solving.
Mentorship is paired with expert-led masterclasses on leadership mindset, personal branding, pitching, negotiation, and effective networking — helping students grow into confident, future-ready leaders. By the end of the program, every participant graduates with a portfolio-ready project, a professional recommendation letter, and the real-world experience to stand out in college applications or early internships.
