The Morgan Stanley JumpStart Scholars in Finance is a virtual, immersive program designed to develop a pipeline of high achieving diverse high-school students (current high school seniors), LEADing for Life Scholars, into the business world.
JumpStart is a 5-month long learning experience that will focus on:
· Introduction to the Morgan Stanley firm
· Finance
· Financial literacy
· Entrepreneurship
· Wealth building and career development
· Emotional intelligence
· Leadership
The program will consist of bi-weekly learning sessions, taught by Morgan Stanley employees. JumpStart will culminate with a capstone project competition in which students will apply the skills they have learned to a real-world case study.
