YSJ is in York, England. York is a beautiful medieval city with unique shops, bars and restaurants as well as being close to the coast and a national park. With a small cohort the University can offer a more personal experience and friendly feel on campus.
We began as a teacher training college, and commitment to high quality education for all is ingrained in our institution. We offer a wide range of courses, from the more traditional humanities like history to more innovative subjects such as animation and interior design. We also offer routes into direct professions such as Physiotherapy and Law, and of course our business school which offers a wide variety of broad and specialised degrees.
We have a dedicated support system for international students including a visa team, in-session study support, and the international support team who assist with everything from getting your bank account set up to running day trips all around the UK.
