Theatre and Dance at UW-La Crosse offers an invigorating and fresh approach to undergraduate theatrical training with an emphasis on the collaborative and creative process. Students are guaranteed a degree of personal attention through classroom projects and realized productions not found in many programs. The theatre arts curriculum allows concentrations in six distinct areas of study: Performance, Music Theatre, Design/Technical (Costumes/Makeup, Scenic, Lighting, Sound), Stage Management, Arts Administration, General Theatre Studies and Dance (minor only).
Our students are a part of a vibrant and growing program with dedicated faculty and a strong body who collaborate to create exciting and cutting-edge theatre.
