    St. Clair County Community College serves as the primary center of higher education for the Blue Water Area. We work to fulfill the diverse needs of our educational communities by providing a broad range of educational, cultural and social learning opportunities. Founded in 1923, our commitment to providing affordable access to a college education and meeting community needs is unwavering and contributes greatly to the economic vitality of Michigan and beyond. 

    SC4 offers students a wide array of degree and certificate programs taught by faculty members that have spent time in both the classroom and the workforce. Students also have the option of completing the 30-credit Michigan Transfer Agreement (MTA), which allows them to easily transfer a block of general education courses to any participating four-year college or university in Michigan.
