SBU faculty brings learning and faith together to give students a liberal arts education that offers more than just preparation for a career. Students are given the guidance and opportunities to expand their world, grow their faith, and discover their calling.
Undergraduate and graduate students attend classes at SBU's four campuses. SBU students are free to express Christian faith and values in the classroom, where they are challenged to pursue academic excellence. Students deepen their faith by living, studying, praying, and playing with students from all walks of life and at all stages in their spiritual journey.
At SBU there are many opportunities to grow as a Christian while exploring interests on and off campus. SBU students go on mission trips, study abroad, travel to academic contests and sporting events, go on musical tours, attend campus Bible studies and Chapel services, or serve in the local community.
