An innovative and accessible contemporary art school, Gage Academy of Art is independent and committed to excellence in painting, drawing and sculpting. For 30+ years we have paired personal mentorship with skills-based studio instruction from practicing artists. Whether you are new to art or a working creative, Gage welcomes all into a vibrant community of classes, free programs, talks and events year round.

Each year Gage enrolls more than 3,000 adults and youth in ateliers, classes, workshops, and youth programming and welcomes another 8,000 community members to our campuses, partner locations, and online for free lectures, free youth programs, community art programs, and family-friendly events.
