At The Global Intern we specialize in arranging international internships at world-class organizations in locales throughout Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, Israel, and China. Fall, spring, and summer internships are available in government, entertainment, finance, technology, or other industries.

  • Government and Politics: Placements within government ministries (e.g., ministry of justice), legislative branches (e.g., Member of Parliament), political parties, lobby groups. 
  • Media and Arts: Placements within film/television production and distribution, theatre, music production and distribution, and museums/auction houses. 
  • Communications: Placements within Marketing and Public Relations firms, and print, web or television journalism.
  • Non-profit: Placements within charitable organizations, Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and conservation groups.
  • Finance: Placements within finance houses and finance and accounting divisions at other companies.Technology: Placements in consulting, web development, and telecommunications.

Cost and Session Information

International internship program information

The opportunity to live, study or work in another country is an invaluable experience. Being an international intern will provide you with a new cultural perspective that cannot be gained in the classroom. This internship is an unpaid practical learning opportunity that will supplement your course of study and future career plans.During the session you will work 4-5 days per week. If you will be on an academic semester during the internship we can arrange your work around your academic schedule at 2-3 days per week.

UPCOMING SESSIONS

Customized session dates available upon request.We will accept applications past these dates but opportunities may be limited.Application review and acceptance is done on a rolling basis, so it is to your advantage to apply early before internship opportunties start to fill up.

  • Summer Application Deadline: Prior 15 March each year
  • Fall Application Deadline: Prior 15 June each year
  • Spring Application Deadline: Prior 15 November each year
