Mission Statement

To improve education opportunities for youth overseas while keeping computers out of landfills in US.

Our Chapters offer skills training and tech mentors to youth to help them with entrepreneurship and tech skills. We are now piloting student-led WCE refurbishing and training clubs in schools in Massachusetts and Puerto Rico. These pilot school clubs are also helping us develop educational content and resources for our Inspire Girls pilot. We also have piloted raising public awareness about the need to recycle toxins appropriately like we did in the www.Reciclemos.net campaign (funded by IDRC) for Latin America and the Caribbean Our 10 Field Associates are looking into implementing pilots of both of these in their countries as they work to seek funding to develop WCE refurbishing and training chapters in their countries. We seek volunteers and funding. The development and implementation of this service is led by Pamela Cooney.
