The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well being of children in South Florida.
Individual Volunteers may help RMHC staff with duties around the House, volunteering at Special Events, and collecting goods and donations. Volunteer groups may help in the Adopt-A-Meal Program which ensures that the families staying with us have nutritious meals without taking precious time away from their children. The parents are under a lot of stress and sometimes don't have the time or energy to cook after a long day at the hospital. We invite groups to come in and either cook at the House, bring food cooked at home, or order food from a local restaurant to help feed our families. Also, Activity Nights with our children and families are a fun opportunity. Your group can come to the House and spend time with the families. You can host an activity night where you play games, do crafts, or watch a movie.
