Experience continuing development opportunities at Point Park University! All fall community classes are open to the public and will occur remotely. Offerings include master workshops, pre-professional dance and private lessons in voice, piano, drumming & dance! Affordable programs will begin in mid-Sept. and require registration.
(Open only to high school students and college undergrads)
Pre-Professional Dance training is offered to gifted students who want to jump start their career as a professional dancer or musical theatre performer. Students must be at an intermediate level to participate.
The classes will be focused on ballet, jazz, modern, and pointe. The average class size is 8 to 12 students.
For the Jazz class, students may focus on contemporary/lyrical work, musical theater, commercial, and LA style jazz/hiphop. They will also go through practice auditions, review headshots, review resumes, and discuss personal branding and marketing.
Non-Credit Community Classes
Non-credit community classes are open to adults. Students receive professional training in at an extremely affordable price.
Classes can include: podcasting, dance fitness, tap, and drumming. Please review the eligibility of each program prior to registering.

Master Workshops and Classes offer instruction by a creative professional who has an expert level of knowledge. Programs are available for most ages and skill levels.
