At West Side YMCA: Rhythmic Gymnastics and Power Tumbling we develop the athlete on every level…technically, physically, artistically, physiologically and emotionally. Most important to create a fun, safe, and memorable summer experience.
A typical full day of camp will include morning practice consisting of cardio conditioning and fitness, stretching, choreography, body development and element training sessions. In the afternoon, practice will consist of equipment and body mastery, advanced element training, developing routines and creative dance. There will be 3 hours dedicated to Rhythmic Gymnastics and 2-3 hours for Tumbling Skills.
At Rhythmic Gymnastics Camp, campers will be able to have fun on our 1,150 acre property of forest and lakes. Campers will take part in activities that include arts and crafts, swimming, rock climbing, adventure courses, special evening activities and more!
