What better way to start summer break, than by learning many of the basic skills of cooking and baking? At Tante Marie's, students (ages 12 to 16) will learn to cook the basics of fish, chicken, and meat as well as many grain and vegetable dishes. They will also learn fun and interesting desserts!
Each day, the Fundamentals for Young Cooks students (no more than 10) will cook, under the guidance of Tante Marie herself, complete meals, using seasonal and local ingredients, as well as how to plan and present meals that are healthy and fun!
