Wonderful experience for my daughter Ruby to be a board the first time by herself. She made friends and had a wonderful time.
Thank you. Noah truly had an incredible experience, academically, socially, and culturally. We knew how powerful it was for him when we saw the tears in his eyes as we were pulling out of the train station. Well done! If we can be a reference, please let us know.
I’m thinking about applying to Oxbridge, so my mum and I looked around for summer schools that would give me a taste of what student life is like. The Oxford & Cambridge Summer School attracted me most because of the location and its academic credentials. I am so pleased that I booked, as it’s been such a fantastic experience – I’m sad it was only two weeks! I’ve made so many friends, met so many people from different parts of the world who were doing different courses, really enjoyed all the various evening activities – it was all just so much fun. The accommodation was really nice too, we all had our own single rooms but in the same building, meaning we were very close together. The two best bits, though, were firstly the staff, who were so friendly and helpful throughout, and secondly, and most importantly, the academic side. The course itself was fascinating and my tutor was very knowledgeable and interesting, and we also got to go to a lecture by some junior doctors and talk to them afterwards, which was so helpful for me, as I want to apply for medicine at university. Overall the work was very stimulating, but never stressful, and so the two weeks just went by far too quickly!
I miss you all so much and wish I could go again. Thanks for making it so wonderful!
It was an amazing experience and I would definitely come again!
