Overview

EXCITE, or Exploring Science, Technology, and Engineering, is designed to encourage and support students in the 9th -12th grades to pursue a future in science, technology, engineering, mathematics and agriculture. 

The goal EXCITE is to foster girls' continuing interest in STEM. We offer semester events and a summer workshop on the main K-State campus in Manhattan KS for high school students. All events offer hands-on activities that focus on how scientists and engineers help make the world a better place. 

EXCITE Summer Workshop 

Come spend 3 days (2 nights) on campus at K-State with high school students from across the country. Together you will explore a variety of STEM-related projects, research, and activities!
