Internship Connection is a structured, educational program that provides high school and college students with "real-world" career experience through Summer and Gap Year Internships in Boston, New York and Austin. Students live at home and their interests and talents are matched to mentors at prestigious businesses and organizations. The schedule is flexible, determined by the student and workplace mentor; Summer internships usually take place over a 6-8 week period and Gap Year internships are designed for 1 semester. We provide guidance relating academic interests and talents to career possibilities, assistance with creating a resume and preparing for the workplace interview, contact throughout the internship, and feedback on journal entries.
