Overview

A summer at EXPLO is about opening yourself up to the world. With more than 90 courses (ranging from behavioral psychology to video production), you can pursue an interest or try something new. Weekend trips to Broadway shows, Yankee games, and New England beaches will invite brand new experiences!

EXPLO prepares you for college, university, and beyond. EXPLO at Yale is designed to help you explore the world of people and ideas in similar fashion to the world’s best universities. Here, you make choices on how to use your time and engage your mind in a residential community of students hailing from more than 70 countries. See all the world has to offer you.

EXPLO at Yale offers more choice than any other summer program. Here, you’ll choose from more than 75 courses and 70 workshops. Dissect a sheep’s brain in Behavioral Neuroscience, design a clothing line for a runway walk across the stage in Fashion Design, or design a 7-foot mural in Public Art. Meet industry leaders and glean their wisdom about their paths to success and what’s on the horizon. Whichever path you explore, what you learn at EXPLO prepares you for where you go next.
