Overview

As we have done for the past dozen years, the Virginia Shakespeare Festival will continue to hold a series of Young Shakespeare Camps in Phi Beta Kappa Hall on the campus of the College of William & Mary.

Camp Shakespeare directors will be joined by various members of the VSF Acting Company to instruct the campers in the playing of Shakespeare's language, stage combat, improvisation and clowning as part of the week's instruction.

Camps run from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Thursday and then from 9am to 5pm on Friday

Classes are held on thec ampus of the College of William and Mary.

The Young Shakespeare Camps are day camps, no housing is provided and those students attending from out of town would need to find their own housing for the week of the camp.
