What better way to learn about startups than to immerse yourself in the startup capital of Europe? Students who attend this 3-week CIEE Global Navigator program will receive more than 45 hours of instruction in global entrepreneurship principles and practices and gain hands-on experience in building, serving on, and managing project teams.
Berlin is a world city of culture, politics, media, and science. The city has become an entrepreneurial hub over the last decade. Its economy is based on high-tech firms and the service sector, encompassing a diverse range of creative industries, research facilities, media corporations, and convention venues. You’ll work directly with people behind small-businesses in communications, life sciences and environmental services, renewable energy, media and music, and more. Converse with Berlin business owners and customers while exploring the downtown neighborhoods of Berlin, you will notice that most inhabitants of this city speak English. At the same time, you’ll live in the dorms on a college campus among international university students, and hang out with peers and new friends.
