The Counselor-in-Training program provides opportunities for students entering grades 9 and 10 to assist counselors in providing a fun, safe and rewarding learning environment campers. CITs are always under the supervision and direction of experienced educators.
CITs make choices and structure their schedules based on their own interests/talents as well as on the scheduling needs of the camp. Weekly meetings provide individual feedback and guidance. Field trips and community service projects are purposefully scheduled to provide leadership and social opportunities for CITs.
