Award-winning leadership and civic engagement program combining service-learning with academic study and reflection.
The Civic Leadership Institute (CLI) is a three-week summer service-learning program for outstanding high school students completing grades 9 through 12. The program combines hands-on education, meaningful service, powerful speakers and seminars, and an unforgettable residential experience for a summer that students describe as “life-changing.”
CLI students explore the complex challenges that affect our communities and develop the knowledge, experience and leadership skills they need to make a positive impact on the world in a three-week summer service-learning program for students completing grades 9-12. Participants may be eligible for high school credit and between 25 and 100 hours of service-learning credit.
