At Camp Ramah in Wisconsin, campers and staff members from around the Midwest and Israel join together each summer to create an exceptional Jewish community. For campers, Ramah is a second home where they have fun, learn new skills, gain independence and build lifelong friendships.
Located in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin, Camp Ramah offers children ages 9-16 an opportunity to feel a part of the “great outdoors.” Campers swim in Lake Buckatabon, hike in the surrounding woods and explore the bog located within the borders of our camp property.
In addition to formal Hebrew and Judaic classes, each camper chooses from the following activities designed to teach new skills, build abilities and increase self-esteem.
Activities at Camp Ramah include: Aquatics, Sports, Ropes Course, Radio, Arts, Drama, Dance, Music, Outdoor Education, Hebrew Langauge and Jewish Studies, and Synagogue Skills.
