Earn 45 hours of community service credit at this Brandeis Precollege Program while engaging with populations affected by issues such as income inequality, hunger and homelessness, chronic disability, and the refugee and immigration crisis. At the same time, you will explore key concepts in non-profit organizational behavior and structures.
Are you passionate about community service? Are you interested in meeting and connecting with new people? Are you ready to step up as a leader in your school, youth group or home community? Are you prepared to change the world?
We are too.
Brandeis University - named the #1 school in the country for student community service engagement - has been a center for service and social justice education for decades. At the Brandeis Service Corps, you’ll have the opportunity to combine your love of service with hands-on volunteer projects and deep intellectual exploration into the issues facing communities in the Greater Boston area and throughout the country.
You’ll get a taste of life at a top-tier university while making meaningful personal connections with those whose lives are affected by homelessness, developmental disability, poverty, refugee status and other forms of need. Each day, you will be challenged and motivated while working together with teens from all over the world to make the community stronger.
