Overview

The Summer Chamber Music Institute is a week-long overnight camp for String Players, Pianists, and Guitarists entering grades 9-12. Students have the opportunity to interact with world-class musicians and music educators from the MostArts Festival Orchestra residency.

Our goal is to provide positive and creative experiences for musical and personal growth for every student, while having a great time at our beautiful Upstate NY campus.

Daily chamber music coaching, private lessons focused on mastering assigned chamber music repertoire, Masterclasses, Faculty Recitals, and a Student Chamber Music Performance on the last day for family and friends. Students have an opportunity to work on technique, and explore various styles of chamber music playing.
