These programs offer students a taste of university life and help them strengthen their prospects for acceptance at a leading university through foreign language study or liberal arts courses abroad. Most U.S. colleges accept transfer credits for completed courses from the programs.
Summer Advantage affords high school students the opportunity to increase their confidence and challenge themselves in an international setting, knowing that they will have the support of professional AIFS staff on their campus abroad.
The program fee covers transcripts for college credit, housing, a meal plan, tours and excursions, insurance, and the support of full-time, on-site staff. For your convenience, each program location offers an optional AIFS Transportation Package, which includes airfare and airport transfers.
Summer Advantage is a program of the American Institute For Foreign Study (AIFS), which has provided high quality, academically enriching programs to over 1.5 million participants since 1964.
