Whether starting a new venture from scratch, joining or acquiring an existing business or creating new products and services inside a larger organization, entrepreneurship skills are instrumental to future success.
In this course, you will develop the skills, values, and attitudes needed for success in business and innovation development. You will develop your own unique business idea into a comprehensive business plan over the two weeks.
You’ll explore all major areas of business including marketing, human resources, legal, operations, accounting, finance, and risk management. You’ll be introduced to a variety of business development tools as an aid in the development of your personal business plan.
