Our Leaders in Training (LIT) program is a leadership development program for our oldest campers. Through the guidance of trained leaders, the LITs discover and improve their leadership abilities, plan and run group activities, take part in community service projects, serve as role models for younger campers, and accept increased responsibility within the camp community.
