Art Foundation of Desert Hot Springs – Website Development Support
Overview
Our Mission is to organize resources, raise funds, and initiate projects that create an infrastructure for Art, Media, and Cultural Development in our economically depressed City of Desert Hot Springs, CA.
Our organization is new and not yet funded. We need HELP! I am developing a hosted, managed WordPress website with BBPress forums and a host of other plugins. The goal is to create multi-user community where Artists can post media-rich profiles and galleries of their work. The site should also function as a bulletin board for people to post eveything from art shows and gallery openings, to art supply stores and online resources for artists. We would like to partner and integrate with services like Artsy.net, DeviantArt, Etsy.com, and ArtDeadline.com As yet, I have found no easy way of acheiving any of this. Eventually, we want the site provide an ecommerce solution for artists coupled with a warehousing, digital fine art printing, curatorial and shipping services solution.
