    Overview

The Sports Biz Boot Camp and Westcoast Connection have collaborated to create an unparalleled career experience program for high school students who are passionate about the business of sports and aspire to pursue a career in sports management or other opportunities beyond the playing field.

Developed by Stephen Master, a longtime NYU Stern Professor and former executive at both the NFL and NBA, this immersive experience offers a rigorous introduction to sports management and media through a mix of real-world case studies, collaborative group projects, interactive classroom learning, and industry guest speakers. Students will also enjoy site visits to the offices of leading sports brands, meet with corporate executives and visit some of the most iconic stadiums and franchises in New York City & Chicago, two of the greatest sports cities in the world.

Every student on this program will experience a behind-the-scenes look at the sports business industry, gain a better understanding of the career paths available, and develop lifelong connections.
