Learn on-campus in the Summer Exploration Program at Wake Forest University. This program is a hands-on learning experience that allows middle school students to explore the world of STEM. Spark curiosity, critical thinking, and develop problem-solving skills in a week-long experiential STEM program.
The Wake Forest Summer Exploration Program allows students to ignite their curiosity in a week-long STEM program led by Wake Forest staff. Explore science, technology, engineering, and math alongside topics of interest. Middle School students will apply their knowledge through hands-on experiences, labs, workshops, and simulations on-campus. The curriculum offers different STEM Adventures that allow students to dive deeper into STEM topics. Students will build friendships with like-minded peers from around the world and learn alongside Wake Forest undergraduate student mentors.

On-Campus Experience: Tuition ranges from $995 to $1,595.
The cost of tuition is $1,500 per student per week for the on-campus overnight program. The cost of tuition is $995 per student per week for the on-campus day camp option. A $295 deposit is required for registration once your student has been accepted to the program. The cost of tuition covers all activities, labs, meals, and housing on campus. A t-shirt is also provided to all students at check-in.
