Geometry forms the foundation for key concepts in future advanced math courses. This fast-paced course covers a full year of high school Geometry in six weeks by addressing traditional geometric topics including lines, angles, proofs, polygons, circles, and triangles. Students explore concepts directly through their own investigations under the guidance of highly qualified instructors and apply geometric concepts to solve real-world problems.
Students will develop problem-solving, spatial reasoning, and communication skills. Emphasis is placed on practice and solid skill building. Assessments include quizzes and tests as well as discussion prompts and projects. By the end of the course, students will have gained proficiency in logic, pattern recognition, and spatial reasoning while earning high school Geometry credits.
