    Overview

The "How to Sing" program is a weekly one-hour online boot camp for teenagers iinterested in learning singing techniques and potentially discovering a hidden talent.

This summer, the Washington Conservatory of Music is hosting a virtual boot camp designed for intrepid teenage students who want to learn more about music. Despite taking place on Zoom, this program is incredibly interactive and will allow students to connect with each other and learn in a group setting. They can expect to learn about the fundamentals of singing, such as warming up your voice, discovering your range, and how to stay in tune. There will also be sessions focused on perfecting posture and breathing. Students will be able to practice their skills through all different styles of music and technique.
