Kadens experience with Inter-acting has given his self esteem a much needed boost. Kaden normally suffers from social anxieties, especially when it comes to public speaking. Inter-acting has given him the confidence that he needed to successfully approach and speak to a room full of people. Kaden now feels comfortable being the leader in situations, that in the past he would have shied away from. We are very happy to have had the opportunity for Kaden to attend the online training. Ryan made the class enjoyable, entertaining and fun.

Dear Ryan, I don't know where to even start. This program has taught me how to become a better leader even though I'm still working on it. It has taught me the tips and tricks to become a better person and really has changed a lot the way I look at certain things. I actually remember getting kinda frustrated because when this class was over I didn't have anyone to play the food for thought game (I think that what it was called) if you ask me what's my favorite part i'd be here for days upon weeks just because everything was so interesting and fun and I learned A Ton. different things like how to handle different situations and learn about judgment, and different personalities leaders have, also learning about different character traits leaders have was of great interest and a great way to see what I was doing wrong to help me fix it. and I'm not saying fix it in a bad way, I didn't lose my sense of humor or what I believe in, this course has just helped me see things in multiple POVs and help me make smart decisions in what I believe in. Also the talk about peer pressure was very interesting cause I think a lot of people fall into that but leaders don't. Also, learning about leaders making mistakes but what they do to fix them is what truly makes them a leader was a very interesting topic as well. I'd for sure take this course another million times if I could. so hopefully we can make it happen again cause that'd sure be nice.

As a parent, I wish I would have known there was something like this sooner! Parents realize how different their kids' personalities are. This makes it extremely difficult at times when trying to figure out how to parent those differences. It also makes it heartbreaking when you see one of the kids struggle with social interaction while it is so easy for their siblings. This class was an unbelievable experience for my high schooler. My child was able to learn and communicate with other kids from around the country that may be experiencing some of the same things. Discovering they are not alone! It has been very rewarding to have my child reciting the things they had learned in class and to see them wanting to learn more about those topics. Even while having "conversations" with siblings, my child has brought up what they had learned in class and then explained what it meant. I believe the most positive aspect of this experience for my child has been EXCITEMENT! To see them excited about their own future success and wanting to utilize what they've learned to get ahead is something every parent should feel. Thank you again for everything!!
