    Overview

Capture the spirit of two cities—Paris in full frame, Toulouse in rich detail.

Photograph warm, hidden treasures in the South of France and world-famous landmarks in Paris. Start in Toulouse, where rose-colored brick, medieval alleys, and soft southern light create a city full of charm. In Paris, you’ll frame reflections on the Seine, capture wide-angle shots from the Eiffel Tower, and visual rhythm that has inspired artists for generations. Whether you're using a DSLR or your phone, you’ll develop your digital photography skills and complete a final project that culminates in a curated portfolio and public gallery showcase.

In hands-on workshops, guided walks, and editing sessions, you’ll learn from professional photographers and explore key techniques like composition, motion, and light. You'll visit iconic landmarks, local markets, and community spaces while discussing the ethics of photography and practicing the art of visual storytelling.

There’s plenty of time for fun, too. Cruise the Seine, snack on crepes, canoe the Garonne, or catch golden hour in a quiet Toulouse courtyard. On excursions to Versailles and Carcassonne, you’ll photograph castles, gardens, and history in every frame. This summer in France will challenge your eye, build your portfolio, and set you up for academic pursuits or a career in the arts.
