CIT is a paid position with priority given to former CADC campers. This program encourages personal, group and community responsibility. Before camp, CITs meet and begin training with the camp director. CITs receive support throughout the summer to help foster a productive, fun, safe, and exciting summer program. Teens should apply early through the Cambridge Mayor’s Summer Youth Employment Program (MSYEP) and indicate that they would like to work with CADC.
