EnRoute Consulting assists students in designing personalized gap year plans. To learn more about EnRoute, visit our website to see our latest webinar and planning workshop events. Every family is entitled to a free introductory conversation to brainstorm ideas and gather information about our services. To get started, fill out the questionnaire here: https://enroutegapyear.com/questionnaire/

We offer full and half year packages to suit a variety of family needs.  With any service, Julia makes targeted program recommendations that fit the parameters established together (overall budget, guiding goals, location parameters etc). As the programs and opportunities that make up the year and the itinerary comes into focus, Julia's role shifts to helping ensure students are mentally and physically prepared for their experiences. Both services include support during the gap time as well.

In recognition of the underrepresentation of Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) in the gap year space, Julia is committed to providing up to three merit-based scholarships to BIPOC students each calendar year.

    Testimonials:

“Julia’s optimism and understanding of my son’s needs and wishes allowed him to believe that he could plan a wonderful year. Her familiarity with a variety of programs, and the fact that she is well-traveled herself, made her an excellent guide through the gap-year program world.” – Georgia Williamson, Parent

“I was somewhat hesitant to get behind her all of my daughter’s travels, but with Julia’s help she was able to find some very challenging and yet rewarding programs . She came home energized, confident and ready to take on whatever comes her way.” – Nat Thompson, Parent

“We needed help vetting programs for gap year experiences for our daughter. Julia visits many of the sites and between her and her husband, they have first-hand experiences with the programs she recommends. [We appreciated] Julia’s genuine interest in our daughter’s challenges and targeted suggestions.” – Paul Stevens, Parent
